<div>What if perfection <strong><em>was not the goal</em></strong>?<br><br>What if instead you just worked on getting a <strong>little better everyday</strong>?<br><br>The Better Your Challenge is designed to help you become a better version of you by simply taking a few small steps each day.<br><br>It is a marathon, not a sprint!<br><br>And guess what??&nbsp; <strong>You can do it!!</strong><br><br>Here's the plan.<br><br>Each day you'll eat whole foods that you actually like.&nbsp; We'll provide a meal plan with recipes and a grocery list to make this as easy as possible.<br><br>You'll also spend some time each day being active.&nbsp; This can be a HIIT workout like CrossFit or a simple 20 minute work.&nbsp; Wherever you are fitness-wise we'll start there and just get a little better each day.&nbsp; We'll provide lots of workout/activity ideas to help you make small improvements.<br><br>You know what is good for you?&nbsp; Water!&nbsp; And it is practically free!!&nbsp; Each day you'll drink two quarts of water to help you stay hydrated and keep your body clean and in good working order! :-)<br><br>The best version of you needs good rest!&nbsp; So we'll shoot for 7 to 8 hours of sleep each night.<br><br>Lastly, you will be encouraged to improve your emotional/spiritual health.&nbsp; This can look different for everyone.&nbsp; For some you need to just take some time each day to focus on peace and rest through deep breathing or time with God.&nbsp; Others will need to offer forgiveness to either someone else or even to themself.&nbsp; Carrying around grudges and unforgiveness generally only weighs you down.&nbsp; If you need ideas here we are here to help you think through how to improve in this area.<br><br>What does the best version of you look like?&nbsp; Only God truly knows!&nbsp; Instead of focusing on the best version of you, you'll just get better compared to your past self.&nbsp; <strong>No comparing yourself to everyone else's photoshopped Instagram posts!!</strong><br><br>When you focus on consistently taking small steps you'll be amazed as how far you come in even 30 short days!<br><br>Are you ready?&nbsp; Let's do this!<br><br></div><h1>🚀🚀</h1>
